2. 獲獎者雙語辦公室將先以電子郵件通知，領獎地點：語言中心 (文308)。(The BEO will notify prize recipients via email. Prize collection location: Language Center, Room 308, College of Humanities.)
3. 參與本活動者請確保填寫之聯絡資料真實正確；如因資料不實，自得獎名單公佈日起至領獎時間截止，若無法聯繫到得獎者，本辦公室將視同得獎人自動放棄獎項，並將另外抽取獲獎者遞補。(Participants must ensure that the contact information they provide is accurate and truthful. If the winner cannot be reached within the award-claiming period starting from the announcement date, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.)
4. 如得獎者為外籍生或僑生，將代扣20%之稅額。(If the winner is an international student or overseas Chinese student, 20% of the prize value will be withheld as tax.)
