Accept your Emotion
Allow and accept negative emotions like anxiety, worrying, fear, anger, or impatience. Aware and accept the emotions with the following strategies: Stop, take a deep breath, and change your mind to comfort yourself.
Change the Habits
Establish epidemic prevention behaviors, such as reminding yourself to keep distance from people when sitting and standing, wash hands in the right way, and keep in touch with friends and relatives via phone or video call.
Engage in Life
Spend some time with your friends and family, or engage in activities that you are interested in while you have extra time. Avoid only discussing the epidemic issues. Engaging in things can strengthen hopefulness in life.
