1. Purpose: To publicly select currently enrolled students to serve as reserve Masters of Ceremonies (MCs) for National Taipei University Commencement Ceremony 2025.

4. Eligibility, Quota, and Evaluation Criteria:

(1) Eligibility:

1. First-year students in bachelor's programs (including those in the Division of Continuing and Extension Education).
2. Must have clear articulation, precise pronunciation, and a confident stage presence.
3. Prior experience as an MC for events during high school or vocational school is preferred.

(2) Quotas: Tentatively 3-4 individuals.

(3) Evaluation Criteria:

1. Demeanor and Stage Presence (35%)
2. Speaking Techniques (35%)
3. On-the-Spot Performance (30%)

(4) 1-minute self-introduction video, upload it to YouTube and provide the link in the application form.

5. Application Deadline: Until 12:00 PM, Friday, March 14, 2025.
6. Application Submission Location: Military Education Division (Administration Building 2F)
7. Application Method:

(1) Applicants must prepare and submit the required documents in person or via email to the designated contact person at the Military Education Division within the application period.

(2) Required documents: One completed application form (including supporting documents for outstanding achievements or experiences, limited to 5 pages).

8. After the Military Education Division reviews the applicants' qualifications, eligible candidates will be notified of the selection details (time and location) via the email or mobile number provided in the application form.
9. Selected candidates must participate in rehearsal activities scheduled by the Military Education Division.
