Notes:

1. Finalists are required to submit the Participation/Waiver Consent Form (PDF file) to the coordinator’s email (A5445@gm.ntpu.edu.tw) by 5:00 PM on May 8 (Thursday). Should any selected team withdraw, alternate teams will be notified accordingly.
2. The Final Competition of AI Innovation Category will be held on May 20 (Tuesday) starting at 12:00 PM at the Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Industry Collaboration Development (B1, behind the library). Please complete registration beginning at 11:30 AM. (A detailed schedule is attached.)
3. The Final Competition of AI Implementation Category will be held on May 22 (Thursday) starting at 12:00 PM at the Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Industry Collaboration Development (B1, behind the library). Please complete registration beginning at 11:30 AM. (A detailed schedule is attached.)
4. Winning teams are required to submit a digital copy of the project poster (A1 size) for exhibition purposes. This will be a prerequisite for the issuance of prize money and certificates. (Each presentation is limited to 5 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. Please adhere to the time limits.)
