為瞭解本校在校學生修習學分學程(含微學程)之狀況，及提供學程設置單位持續改善與精進學程課程規劃與安排，自9月30日至10月25日開放學生填寫問卷。為鼓勵填答，同時舉辦抽獎活動。
問卷對象：臺北大學在學之學士班、進修學士班、碩博班學生

抽獎方式：於問卷回收完畢後，自完整填答問卷且留有學號及聯絡方式的名單中，以電腦亂數抽出贈送獎品(每人僅限中獎一次，以第一次抽中的獎品為主。)
