通識月主題：探索生命，擁抱幸福

Explore Life, Embrace Happiness

主題說明：

生命教育的本質在於探索生命的根本課題，其中包含了人生目的與意義的探尋、美好價值的思辨與追求、自我的認識與提升、靈性的覺察與人格的統整。然而，生命教育的實踐就是在於希冀學生能在日常生活當中，思考與探索對於生命本質的質問、關懷與體悟。進一步而言，也就是在「我是誰？」、「我從哪裡來？」、「要往何處去？」等的探問中，探索與確認對於生命的意義、自身的理解以及人生目標，並依此建立自我獨特的價值觀與人生終極信念，進而擁抱自身、接納自己。而當是愈接納自己，愈貼近自我真實的內在之時，「幸福」已其實不遠！

The essence of life education lies in exploring the fundamental issues of life, which include the search for the purpose and meaning of life, the contemplation and pursuit of noble values, self-awareness and self-improvement, spiritual awareness, and the integration of personality. However, the practice of life education lies in the hope that students can, in their daily lives, ponder and explore questions about the essence of life, care, and realization. Furthermore, it is about exploring and confirming the meaning of life, one's understanding of oneself, and life goals through questions such as "Who am I?", "Where do I come from?", and "Where am I going?". Based on this, one can establish a unique set of values and ultimate beliefs, thus embracing oneself and accepting oneself. As one becomes more accepting of oneself and closer to one's true inner self, "happiness" is not far away.
