NTPU COVID-19 PREVENTION MESSAGE (0916)

Dear students,               

 With the increasing number of infections in Taipei City and New Taipei City, the University is asking all students to comply with the following preventive measures:

 General Principles

  • Always wear a mask on Campus.
  • All personnel and students must complete real-name registration, measure body temperature to enter the Campus.
  • Campus restaurants/cafeterias will only serve take-outs.

Access Control

  • Starting May 17, access to the Campus will be limited to the Main Gate and Dormitory Gate.
  • The campus is closed to the public until further notice. For visitors who need to enter the campus, please fill in the Entry Request Application Form at the following link to apply for a one-day entry pass. (https://forms.gle/myTMihTzp1Q6h1uz7).
  • Professors or students without a student/employee card can enter the campus with his or her ID or reader barcode generated by the NTPU Library mobile application.

 Office of Academic Affairs relevant Information

  • Remote learning for all classes starting from Sep 22 to Oct 5.

Office of Student Affairs relevant Information

  • Preventive measures of contact tracing registration, mask-wearing, temperature-taking, and alcohol disinfection are required for all activities. The number of people in the gathering is limited to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors.

  • Opening hours
    • Sanxia Library:
      • Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am-5 pm
      • Closed on Sunday and national holidays
    • Taipei study room and pick-up corners:
      • Monday to Friday, 2 pm-9 pm
      • Saturday 9am-4pm
      • Closed on Sunday and national holidays

 Venue

  • The Sports Center will be temporarily closed.
