新公告：106學年度外籍生（英文版新生）入學報到核檢證件及繳費注意事項106 School Year Foreign Degree Students (Freshmen)Registration Notice
1. 繳交外籍生基本資料表
2. 錄取公文或本校入學通知書正、影本
3. 護照（照片頁、簽證頁）正、影本
4. 居留證正、影本
5. 2吋照片（一張）
6. 繳費：
1）有健保卡者繳交新台幣4494元（新台幣749元x6個月，已含在學雜費單繳）
2）無健保卡者繳交:三商美邦人壽商業保險，保險費（7個月）每月新台幣500元（$500x7合計新台幣3500元）,但須5人以上方可投保。

2. Acceptance letter or letter of admission, original & copy
3. Passport (photo page and visa page), original & copy
4. Resident certificate, original & copy
5. 2 inch photo (x1)
6. Payment:
1) Mercuries Life Insurance Card Holder: NT$4494 (NT$749 per month x 6 months, it is included in the school fees)
2) Non National Health Insurance Card Holder: Insurance fee (7 months) NT$500 per month (NT$500x7=NT$3500), but need a minimum of 5 people.
