說明
  1.申請資格：本校在學學士班或研究所境外學生（只要未持有中華民國國籍者即符合資格認定）。
  2.申請時間：即日起至113年10月31日止。（不是以郵戳為憑，而是送達時間）
     *一律掛號郵寄紙本（不可以e-mail代替）
  3.申請文件：
    (1)完整申請表格
    (2)自傳
    (3)最近二學年度成績單(新生可免)
    (4)清寒證明(無則免附)
   *請確認於繳交時備齊所有文件，不接受分開寄送及補件。
  4.申請表格一律要求以電腦打字。
  5.因委員評審需求，請勿以釘書機裝訂。
  6.書面審查通過之申請人該社將個別通知面談，未通過者不再另行通知。
  7.本獎助金無排他性，申請人可同時請領其他單位的獎助金。

獎學金
  1.獎狀乙紙及新臺幣5萬元之獎助學金（分上下兩學期頒發，每次頒發新台幣2萬5,000元整）。
  2.獲獎同學須親自蒞臨該社例會領取並報告其學習概況，不能出席者視同放棄得獎資格。

Condition
  1.Qualification: Foreign students who study for bachelor or master degree without ROC nationality.
  2.Period: From now until October 31, 113. (based on delivery time, not postmark)
   ** All applications must be sent by registered mail (email submissions are not accepted).
  3.Required Documents:
    (1)Application Form
    (2)Autobiography
    (3)Transcripts from the most recent two academic years (new students are exempt)
    (4)Government Low Income Certificate/ Proof of financial need (if not available, it can be omitted)
    ** Please ensure all documents are submitted together; separate submissions or additional documents will not be accepted.
  4.Application Form: Must be typed using a computer.
  5.Binding: Please do not use staples for binding due to review requirements.
  6.Interview notice will be send only to whose first stage are qualified.
  7.Applicants are allowed to apply for other scholarships at the same time.

Scholarship Content
  1.A Certificate of Commendation, NTD$25,000 for 2 semesters (Total price is NTD$50,000.)
  2.Awardees must visit the club in person to report your situation of academic study and receive the scholarship , those who are absent for the report will be canceled the qualification.
