Short Bio:
Professor Chih-Wei Hsieh holds a Ph.D. in public administration from the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy, Florida State University. Before joining the City University of Hong Kong in 2014, he was an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the University of New Mexico in the United States. His research interests include public human resource management and organizational behavior, as well as the interaction between public service personnel and citizens. He has published dozens of articles in SSCI journals, including Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, Review of Public Personnel Administration, Public Administration, and American Review of Public Administration, etc. Since 2021, he has served as the associate editor of Public Administration and has handled hundreds of paper submissions worldwide. Through this role, he has gained invaluable firsthand experience and insights into the intricacies of academic journal publishing.
